I just completed the 10K4N challenge

First of all, for all of you who don't know what 10K4N is; it's a running challenge created by my Capgemini colleague Arjan Tupan with the goal to combine running 10km and at the same time raise money for charity. Read more about it at 10k4n.posterous.com.

I just completed my run. For the first time in a long while i ran 10km, although preparations where far from good - I just got home from a weekend in Oslo but felt like I was up for a run anyway.

The weather was dark, rainy and windy and the hour was late. But still, I did it! Now my body is tired and I need a good night's sleep. Well done all of you who ran today and kudos to Arjan for organising the whole thing!

Here's my run:

My first Nike+ runs

I got myself a new pair of running shoes and some Nike+ gear. A little geeky, but I think I need something like this to keep me motivated.

Anyway, I'm not in the shape I wish I was so the first run ended in minor catastrophy.

I went for the second run today and it felt a little better.

Two years ago I ran a half marathon in 1,58. Now I just feel I have a long way to go.
